This mountain home is the bigger of our 2 rentals near Ricketts Glen state park. We just finished renovating and are very pleased with the result. This property which was my grandparents actually borders Ricketts Glen. I have many fond memories hunting and hiking the mountain and coming back to my Gram’s exceptional cooking. This home is situated off of Hynick road tucked in on the western border of Ricketts Glen on 10 private acres. Walking distance from the falls!

Located on the peninsula of Lake Winola, this beautiful home has 40 feet of glass front that overlooks the clear blue waters of this freshwater lake with floor to ceiling windows overlooking a lovely golf course to the rear. We have a beautiful cabin On 10 acres that border Ricketts Glen State Park. The cabin is only 1/4 mile from the trail head at the foot of the mountain. This state park offers beautiful views year round. Whether you would like to hike the 22 waterfall trails, rent a kayak on Lake Jean or curl up with a good book on the sandy beach of the lake, we have the peace and quiet you have been dreaming about! There is also excellent mountain biking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, trail running, and hunting. You will enjoy a relaxing outdoor experience at our cabin. We have a comfortable interior with hardwood floors and all the comforts of home including air conditioning, washer and dryer and Tv. The outside has many sitting areas including a fire ring and covered back porch. Please note that we are in the process of renovating my grandparents mountain home which borders the park. This home would be better for a larger group 4-8 or a family that likes more space. It has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a large kitchen, family room and game room.
